1. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with this End User License Agreement ("EULA"), [Legal company name] ("PDFWise," "we," "us," or "our") grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the PDFWise mobile application (the "App") on devices you own or control, solely for your personal or internal business use, in accordance with these terms and our Terms of Service.

- Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except as permitted by law.

3. Ownership

4. Your Content
You retain ownership of documents and files you process through the App. Use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your data and files.
5. Third-Party Services
The App may use third-party services, including Google AdMob for advertising and cloud infrastructure for document processing. Your use of the App constitutes acceptance of the applicable third-party terms disclosed in our Privacy Policy.
6. Updates
We may release updates to the App to add features, improve performance, or fix issues. Some updates may be required to continue using the App. We may also modify or discontinue features at our discretion.
7. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA. Upon termination, you must stop using the App and delete it from your devices.
8. Disclaimer of Warranty
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PDFWISE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
10. Export Compliance
You may not use or export the App in violation of applicable export laws and regulations, and you represent that you are not located in, or a resident of, any country subject to a U.S. government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and are not on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
11. Apple-Specific Terms
If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, this EULA is between you and PDFWise only, not Apple, and Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support for the App. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any, for the App to you; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of this EULA and may enforce it against you.
12. Governing Law
